Overview

Our puppy program is designed to help you and your young puppy develop essential skills and behaviours that will set a strong foundation for their future. Participating in a puppy class is an excellent way for new puppy owners to learn effective training techniques, bond with their puppies, and ensure that their furry companions develop into well-adjusted and well-behaved adult dogs. It can also be a valuable opportunity for puppies to socialize and learn from their peers. 

This includes early socialization is vital. It involves exposing your puppy to various people, animals, environments, and experiences in a positive and controlled manner. Socialization helps puppies become confident and adaptable to different situations and reduces the risk of fear or aggression. Basic obedience commands such as sit, stay, come, down, and leave it. Positive reinforcement methods, which use treats, praise, and play as rewards for desired behaviors, are highly effective in training puppies. Getting your puppy accustomed to being handled, including having their paws touched, ears examined, and teeth inspected. This makes grooming and veterinary care easier in the future.

Puppies up to 6 months old with their first two sets of shots.

Puppy training is an ongoing process that continues into adulthood. Consistent training, patience, and positive reinforcement will help your puppy develop into a well-behaved and happy adult dog.
